Lakeside Yoga

Service Description

Lakeside Yoga will be a power vinyasa flow that takes place on a dock. Participants should come prepared to break a sweat and bring water. Participants can bring mats and blocks if they have them. Mats and blocks are available. Everyone welcome!

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited space in SUP Yoga classes, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. Cancelations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $20 cancelation fee. *In the event of inclement weather, no fee will be charged. Classes can be rescheduled based on availability.*
